When life gives you LEMON HEAD

September 25, 2017 0 Comments

Aside for getting a lot of benefits, I’m very much looking forward for different new ways of enjoying Lemon. I’m so happy to find this Lemon shop, inexpensive but well-defined.

NOT PAID  |  Not Sponsored

Second Floor, Abreeza Mall, J.P. Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao Del Sur, Davao City, 8000, Philippines

You can enjoy hot and cold serving for very a affordable price.

They also serve a pastry, which goes along well with their drinks.

If you’re lucky enough, you can catch some fresh fruits too.

But the best way to enjoy this is to find someone you can chat along until to the bottom of your cup of lemon.

Old New Borrowed and Blue

July 28, 2017 0 Comments

Though time changes, denim don't. Investing your money for denim outfits is a perfect catch for inexpensive but fashionable looks.

Model : Shalimar Indin (Filipina ♥️ Customer Reresentative)

Enjoy these tips on spicing up your regular denim makeup basics, and commercial poses.

Denim Romper
Long sleeve, buttons up, an elasticized waist and hem shorts.

Sitting back confidently with legs crossed, lady boss on the couch.
Half-updo, tucked hair behind with bobby pins. Matched with very light makeup, and lipstick which is very perfect for a day out. Very refreshing look for a not too formal wear.

Grab scandal wood shade, and reach from your outer crease to inner crease of your eyes. Then pick some coco shade using a precision crease brush, hit your brush directly to your outer crease and fading through the middle to create a deep set eyes. Accentuate your lid using #blessed shade. Then repeat the color pattern on you lower waterline. Following your upper lash line use a smudge proof liquid liner, to last through out the day without redoing it.

For the cheeks, I recommend using any shades from City Color Be Matte Blush Trio. I like the fresh melon shake which plush the freshness in the morning light. While the blackberry shade creates a Korean blushed check in matte in the middle of your day. And before soaking your self to bed, use the guava shade to fade your stressed cheeks.

Let down your hair, and look confident. You can iron your hair to a wavy look through you hair ends, if your hair needs volume.

For your romper pose, you can actually stand up to showcase the full look wearing this. Or, you can always play sitting with arm rest and half leg showing-how your romper shorts are worn.

Denim Jacket

and a messy bun

The best thing about a denim jacket are worn buttoned up or loose with a fitted sexy top. Best with pastel shade tanks and a matching skirt, short, or pants long tattered or not. Always classic and sassy!

For the make up, you can play along with a colorful smoked winged eye. Using the same palette, start brushing up your outer crease with light shade (as always). This to make sure that your look won't end up scrappy. Picking up and putting up with the dark shades may cause you go for much even darker shades, once you dishevel with it.

Start with smoking up the bossy shade on your crease. Then fill your crease with black truffle until the desired smoky look is achieved. Apply generously 24K shade on your lid. Repeating the pattern on your lower waterline. Bring the henna shade on the inner corner for a fuller eye look. Sketch your lash line with a brush pen liner to start your wings. Aside for filling your wings precisely they are very efficient.

From the bottom of your lash line, draw a line where you want to bring up your wings. Then you can bring down your line from the top point to your lash line, creating a triangular shape. Now you can start shading your triangle.

For your buns, the messy the better. If you have a short hair, start with putting up a pony tail to make sure all your hair won't cause a fall. Then start swirling around, from the roots to the tail, and swirl around creating your desired bun.

You can always pose with a street free styling, no one will even notice you're actually indoors with your messing bun.

Hair and Makeup 2017 Regional Contest, Davao City

May 04, 2017 4 Comments
There's always a first time for everything.

Organized every year by the Filipino Hairdressers Cooperative (Fil-Hair Coop), with the very supportive founder Ricky Reyes. In togetherness support of the Office of the City Mayor and LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer), presents the grandest Hair and Makeup Contest for the fairest model and greatest artist.

All the Make-up artist in Region 11 are invited to showcase their artistry in 3 challenging categories, Men’s Cut and Blow-dry, Avant Garde Men’s Cut, Commercial Make-Up and Bridal Makeup.

The program started with a short presentation of the latest trends on hair care, face products and new technology machines for makeup studios. I was very lucky to try Ricky Reyes signature hair brands, by his self!

I wasn't able to join the photobooth, thankfully Mother was so nice to let me have a selfie.

This year, I've made my first mark for joining this prestigious competition, in the Commercial Make-up category. Aided by my workmates, we came up with the idea of dressing up my model with open front tuxedo and 4 inch open black sandals.

I've used a two tone eyeshadow technique, to naturally deepen her eye feature.

Using the eyeshadow shield to protect shadows from falling out, since we only have 30 minutes to complete the look.

I've pulled back her hair to showcase her long neck. Also, on this photo coaching her to never be nervous, but actually the advice goes to me.

Most of the participants has their own studio already. I almost littled by self, but this community boosted my confidence by appreciating my output.

Sadly, weren't able to get the crown this year. Maybe next year! It's a whole lot experience for a first time.

Videos here! Have fun!
